Those pipes have a handcut stem, very impressive grain and are categorized as follows:

E - not very dense but even grain or sandblasted

EE - dense and even grain

EEE - very dense and even grain, about one pipe out of 100 is an EEE

Grading Morta

Morta pipes do not have a grading. The stamping is "PRAMMER". Very dense grained morta pipes are stamped with  "PRAMMER selection".
